2nd 2 None Freight Dispatch LLC ("2nd2NoneFD," "we," "us") provides freight dispatch services to motor carriers and owner-operators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you fill out our sign-up form, call, text, or email us, we may collect your name, company name, MC and DOT numbers, phone number, email address, equipment and trailer types, preferred lanes, and anything else you choose to send us. If you become a customer, we also collect the documents and information needed to dispatch your truck, such as your operating authority, insurance certificate, and load details.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and set up dispatch service
To find, book, and manage loads for you and communicate with brokers on your behalf
To send invoices and handle billing
To send you text messages and emails you have agreed to receive
To meet legal and regulatory requirements

How we share your information

We share carrier information (such as your company name, MC/DOT number, and insurance certificate) with freight brokers and shippers only as needed to book and complete loads for you. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (such as email, phone, and document storage providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we will send text messages about load offers, dispatch updates, and occasional marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 701-779-4300. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by replying to ask us to stop.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
